PUMP ELEMENT OR PLUNGER is specially used with a radial lubricator which gives the metered amount of lubricant to the outlet. The discharge for these pumps can be adjusted by an adjusting screw. These are the compact type of pumps where doses can be increased or decreased as per the requirement of the machines from 0.05cc to 0.25cc per stroke. (Adjustable) ie 5 gms /minute. The number of pump elements is supplied as per the requirement of the customers/lubricate area. These plungers can be best suited where pressure requirement is high and continuous lubrication is a must.
