In Oil Mist Lubrication System the pump carries the oil up to the atomizer. In the atomizer, two ports are provided one for oil and another for air. This pump is pneumatically operated as well as motorized. The pneumatic pump is suitable for intermittent lubrication. We can get continuous lubrication also. In this pump an acrylic /metallic reservoir with a capacity of 2Ltr. / 5Ltr., Discharge (Adjustable) Input air Pressure 3 to 5 Kg/Cm² (according to customers requirements also.) and oil filling port is provided on the top. Through air pressure. The oil comes in a junction block (atomizer).
The motorized pump is suitable for continuous /intermittent and multi-point lubrication. Through motorized pumps lubrication come in the atomizer with the help of a progressive block /metering cartridge/control valve from the atomizer we get the mist lubrication.
